Khaligraph: I Seduced Njeri Long Ago And She Turned Me Down, I Met Her Recently And She Begged Me To Sleep With Her

Khaligraph: I seduced Njeri long ago and she turned me down, I met her recently and she begged me to sleep with her

Khaligraph Jones has taken a swipe at materialistic women whom turned him down when he was still broke. The rapper specifically called out a lady called Nyeri from Dandora.

For starters, Khaligraph was raised in Kayole. He used to be broke and ashy like most typical Eastlands hustlers before he made it in music.

Khaligraph had a tough time with ladies while growing in Kayole, he talks about his experience in a new freestyle posted on social media.

Khaligraph reveals that he recently met Njeri and that she begged him to smash her. OG however refused to smash her, he told her that he doesn’t sleep around with broke women.

“I remember these girls nilikatia kitambo, si walinionyesha mambo. Nakumbuka Njeri, tulikutana Dando, jana alinikol…and she was like Khaligraph, unaezanipiga miti, unaezanipiga mbao. I was like hell no! Uliacha madharao? Now you want me to f** you sababu me ni baba yao? I’m like nope, my d** too precious. Am not f**king with you unless uko na pesa. But nkikucheki zangu ndo unanyemelea,” rapped Khaligraph.

Abortion Failed But Prayer For The Baby’s Death Was Answered! Kenyan Man Celebrates After Girlfriend Loses Unwanted Baby

Abortion failed but prayer for the baby's death was answered! Kenyan man celebrates after girlfriend loses unwanted baby

Some men can be really evil! Kenyans in a Facebook group Pregnant and Nursing Mums Support were left in shock after woman named Phey narrated her ordeal.

Fay was impregnated by her boyfriend Arnold who didn’t want her to keep the pregnancy. The lady fought pressure from her boyfriend to abort until she eventually gave birth.

Unfortunately postnatal death robbed Phey of her baby. While Phey mourned the lose of her baby, her boyfriend couldn’t be much happier.

Arnold told Phey that he prayed hard for their baby to die after she refused to abort the foetus. The distraught shared screenshots of her conversation with Arnold showing how he was celebrating the death of their baby.

“Thanks God it happened again…please take heart and kindly do the family planning.usome kwnza, nahurumia ur mum bt huna huruma kwake jameni. U got enough freedom to date again Fai… plz make use of safe sex umalze chuo,” reads one of Arnold’s messages to Phey.

Vera Sidika unfollows Otile Brown, deletes all his photos

OTILE BROWN AND VERA SIDIKA [PHOTO | COURTESY]

Vera Sidika has deleted all pictures of her boyfriend, Otile Brown, from her Instagram page in a move which has raised eyebrows online.

Ms Sidika has also unfollowed her lover on the social networking platform.

The couple’s most notable pictures are those they took in Mauritius early July, when they went on vacation.

Ms Sidika had even posted a picture of the musician carrying her while on a Mauritius tour destination.

“Get you a strong man who can carry you like a baby,” Ms Sidika captioned the picture posted to her Instagram page.

That picture, among others, has been deleted from the socialite’s online pages.

Otile Brown, on the other hand, has also pulled down a few of Ms Sidika’s pictures from his social media pages, though he continues to follow her on Instagram.

This comes in the wake of a recent revelation by Otile Brown that he introduced Ms Sidika to his family in Kisumu.

Speculations into the pair’s relationship swirled in late April 2018, when a picture and video of them holding each other cozily went viral on Instagram. The two would, on April 25, confirm that they were an item.

In a June interview with Viusasa, Ms Sidika said she rarely shows affection through posting her lover’s pictures online, unlike Otile Brown.

“One thing that people do not understand is that I do not post his pictures on social media. People have different ways of expressing or experiencing affection. He [Otile Brown] is the kind of a person, who would go all out.

“I would wake up one morning; and while going through my Instagram page, I would see his posts about me. He likes to surprise me with such things. He is that kind of a person. That is his way of expressing affection, which is kind of different from my way. I have been in a relationship before, and I am always trying to be careful as well; I am not saying it [posting one’s lover’s picture on social media] is a bad thing. I am just trying to make sure that we are making the right moves; that we are not rushing into things,” said Vera Sidika.

“People think I am telling Otile Brown to post, on his social media pages, my pictures; no. He does it because he wants to, and not because I asked him to. He does not expect me to do the same,” said Vera Sidika.

Photos of Lisa Gaitho; the blogger who wants women to wash their men in bid to get money, favours

gaitho2

Nigeria-based Kenyan vlogger Lisa Gaitho has advised women to do everything they can to get what they want from men – be it financial or material resource.

Of course, the advice has drawn sharp criticism from online users, who are pro-women empowerment.

Ms Gaitho says despite having her own money, she still relies on men to finance her lifestyle.

“Yes, I am independent; I have my money; I work; I get a salary. But, can I afford my lifestyle? No. Let us just be honest. Can I afford to fly up and down, and visit all the amazing places? No. Can I afford to buy certain things? No. I can’t afford my lifestyle; I am not going to lie. But, does that mean that I am not going to have a good lifestyle simply because I want to show people that I can do it on my own? No,” she said in her latest vlog titled: ‘How to get what you want from your man’.

“Eventually, I’d want to be able to take my family on a vacation and be able to pay for it by myself, but I am not yet there. So, saying that I shouldn’t rely on a man to do certain things… I won’t lie; I am going to rely on a man to take me to nice places. So, if it is one, two or three things that I must do to make him happy and make him feel that he needs to reciprocate, guess what… I would do that which he wants me to do, and I would do it very, very well,” said Ms Gaitho.

“For example, if he wants to take his bath, go and wash him, literally; scrub him, do not let him do anything by himself. Wash him, clean his ears… clean his… [Do it] like you would to a baby. Dry him, apply body lotion on him, dress him…,” said the vlogger.

“Tell me if you won’t go out with that man that day and he won’t get you something, or he won’t put some money in your account… or he won’t think of you on a random day and buy you a bag or new shoes…,” said Ms Gaitho.

Other money-generation tips for women to embrace, according to Ms Gaitho, include: cooking and feeding men, praising and respecting them.

Ms Gaitho’s advice rubbed a section of online users the wrong way.

Qristin101 said: “In summary, be a duster and get paid? Ladies work for your own so that you won’t have to wash men to live a good life.”

King Laina said: “You [Ms Gaitho] must be so comfortable with your man to do this video. I’m just concerned.”

Just Rose said: “You always have a point to prove with this Nigerian man. Spend less time vlogging about this facade and more time visiting a psychiatrist. Your deeply rooted issues are showing Gaitho.”

Sammy Kikwai said: “This is why I want to provide for my daughter. If my daughter made such a video, then I would have failed my job as a parent.”

Beth Adhiambo said: “And who is going to speak your language when you are busy speaking his? And when you get your own children, who do you wash first? Nothing here makes sense.”

Dr. Owuor: How God Made Me A Prophet In Moses, Elijah And Daniel’s Presence

PROPHET-OWUOR

He galvanizes, enjoys a cosmic influence on his followers, wields flamboyance and reveres piety – Prophet Dr. David Edward Owuor.

The 52-year-old man born and raised in Goma village in Bondo Sub-County, Siaya County today enjoys nonpareil popularity in the religious circles.

Just recently, hundreds of believers flocked his crusade at the Uhuru Park Grounds in Nairobi, waving white and blue flags as they welcomed the Man of God, who arrived at the venue in a convoy comprising upmarket vehicles and a contingent of bodyguards sporting black suits.

In his characteristic fully-white attire, he stepped out of a white Mercedes Benz and waved at the crowd, which at the time was making gripping screams of joy.

He hugged a few frontliners before taking to the dais, where he religiously “charged” the congregation.

Tens of people on the back row could be seen falling to the ground upon his thrum. And that symbolised God’s presence at Uhuru Park, he said.

This prophet; Man of God; who describes himself as “Servant of the Living God”… who is he? When were holy orders conferred on him?

Dr. Owuor, a chemical engineer by profession, says in 2003, God made him a prophet in the presence of Biblical greats Moses, Elijah and Daniel. He was living in Chicago at the time.

“The Lord walked into my life at that time. He immediately touched me with his left nail pierced hand. That changed my life completely. It is a long testimony. He made follow-up visitations; one of them, the Ark of the New Covenant. Moses, Elijah and Prophet Daniel were seated on the sides of God,” he said in a past interview uploaded to a YouTube channel called ‘Time is over; Jesus is coming sooner’. The video was published on July 6, 2016.

“Then God said, now I have my four prophets here; and you [Dr. Owuor] are the fourth prophet. And my bed shook between 3am and 6am. From that day on, I started to know a lot of things that were going to happen in the future. Right now, I serve the Lord,” said Dr Owuor.

Dr. Owuor says he has foreboded key events in the world, which came to pass. These, according to him, include: an earthquake that hit parts of Nairobi and Kisumu in December 2005, the May, 2004 Asian Tsunami, among others.

Dr. Owuor, who has many education accolades, including a PhD, is Israeli-educated.

“I left this country [Kenya], went to Israel to pursue my doctorate degree there. When I finished, I was looking into issues of gene therapy, DNA technology and advanced molecular Science. This kind of Science is used in drug design and drug discovery,” he said the ‘Time is over Jesus is coming sooner’ interview.

“I, thereafter, went to work in United States of America, where I was teaching in medical schools. I gave my life at that time to cancer research; to find the cure for cancer. I was doing a lot of work in signal transduction, finding new drugs for cancer. I was finding a way of reducing toxicity,” he narrated.

“After that, I switched to the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where I did a lot of work in surgical oncology. I became a specialist; a reference point for different surgeons specialising in breast and melanoma issues.

“After that, I went into aviation, or aerospace, medicine; I was interested in knowing what happens when a pilot takes medicine on earth and goes into the cockpit of a plane, which has 400-plus lives on board. And the medicine, which was prescribed to him on earth, was based on blood-flow pattern, but when a pilot is several feet into the air, the blood-flow pattern changes. I wanted to know how to make it safer for people on medication to fly,” he said.

Dr. Owuor is the second born in a family of six girls and three boys.

His father, Helekia Owour, was a civil servant who worked with the East African Community Prison Service and rose within the ranks to be a Sergeant Major, online website that profiles prominent personalities, Softkenya, documents.

His mother, the late Margaret Achieng’-Owour, was a housewife and a peasant farmer.

Dr. Owour went to Wambasa Primary School in Yimbo and to various other primary schools including Jusa, Luzira and Kitalya in Uganda, where his father had been transferred while working for the now-defunct East Africa Community.

He joined Mbale Senior Secondary School while still in Uganda, where he sat for his ‘O’ level exams, before proceeding to St. Peters College in Tororo for his ‘A’ levels.

Prophet Owuor later joined Makerere University for a Bachelor of Science degree, but later moved to University of Nairobi, where he was to complete his first degree in 1988.

In 1992, he joined Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel for his Master’s programme.

He earned his first degree from Makerere University, his second at University of Nairobi, and his Master’s degree in Genetics (Inheritance) at Ben Gurion, Israel before proceeding for his PhD in Molecular Genetics at University of Haifa (also in Israel).

He also holds a degree from the University of Giessen’s Institute for Genetics (Germany).

Dr. Owuor is, undeniably, one of the wealthiest preachers in Kenya, given his flashy display. His net worth and source of wealth, however, remains unknown.

Most guarded preacher? Photos of Prophet Owuor’s bodyguards in action

Prophet Dr Edward David Owuor is one of the most popular preachers of the modern era in Kenya.
Owuor is an evangelist whose meteoric rise cannot be missed having emerged at the opportune time the digital space was on the rise, FM stations were expanding the airwaves and Televangelism was at its peak.
Apart from forming a church, tailoring his repentance message and rewriting fashion for his members that only rivals that of the Akorinos, Owuor’s bodyguards come second to none.
Nairobi residents got a first-hand look when he held a crusade at Uhuru Park over the weekend. He was surrounded by armed policemen spotting bullet proof vests and Ak47s.
That’s not all, another group in suits also man Owuor, strutting along his top-of-the-range cars whenever his entourage is on the move.
Accessing him on the dais is a mountain on itself. The men in suits form a tight ring around the dais keeping a close eye on the thousands who make it to his crusades.
So who is Owuor?
He was born in 1966 in Yimbo, Siaya County.
Owuor earned his first degree from Makerere University, his second at University of Nairobi, and his Master’s degree in Genetics at Ben Gurion, Israel.
He then proceeded for his PhD in Molecular Genetics at University of Haifa and was immediately offered appointment by two leading institutions in Medicine in the US.

Though rumours have been pointing towards Jblessing as the dad, it seems the guessing will not stop any times soon especially, now that she has posted first full photos of the baby.

Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a deep message while sharing the photo saying:

“I struggle so deeply to understand how someone can pour their entire soul blood and energy into someone without wanting anything in return. i will have to wait till I’m a mother.”

Here are the photos:

Drama as Diamond’s father and Ommy Dimpoz’s father savagely tear into each other

Drama as Diamond's father and Ommy Dimpoz's father savagely tear into each other

Diamond’s father Abdul Juma and Ommy Dimpoz’s father Faraji Nyembo have openly castigated each a year after their sons started beefing.

Last year Diamond and Ommy Dimpoz took shots at each other. Dimpoz even wrote an open letter to Diamond’s mom insinuating that he had a thing with her.

Ommy Dimpoz’s father has now clashed with Diamond’s father after he called him out for openly criticizing his son (Diamond) on the media claiming that he does not help him.

Dimpoz’s father called on Diamond’s father to emulate him, saying that he would never criticize his son on media the way he was doing to Diamond.

Ommy Dimpoz's father Faraji Nyembo (in red t-shirt)

Risasi Mchanganyiko also reached out to Diamond father for comment about what Ommy Dimpoz’s father said. Mzee Abdul was totally offended by the comment, he said Dimpoz’s father shouldn’t poke his nose into what doesn’t concern him.

“Sitaki shobo, huyo baba Dimpoz simfahamu kama hana la kuongea anyamaze, amzungumzie mwanaye hata kama niliongea kuhusu Diamond si mtoto wangu yeye inamuhusu nini? Kuhusu huyo Diamond sihitaji kuzungumza chochote kuhusu yeye wala watoto wangu maana hawana faida yoyote kwangu kwa sasa,” Diamond’s father said.

‘No woman should borrow her husband money to buy underwear,’ shouts Kiraitu Murungi

Kiraitu Murungi

No woman should have to depend on her spouse to buy panties for her, Meru Governor Kiraitu Murungi has said.
“WE MIGHT TALK ABOUT LIBERATING WOMEN BUT IF THEY DON’T HAVE A COIN IN THEIR POCKETS, THEY MUST KNEEL DOWN TO THEIR MEN,” HE SAID.
Adding:
“NO WOMAN SHOULD BORROW HER HUSBAND MONEY TO BUY UNDERWEAR. IT IS A MUST WOMEN BE ECONOMICALLY STABLE.”
Kiraitu spoke at Meru National Polytechnic on Saturday, during the closure of the three-day ‘Meru Twaweza Initiative’ training seminar on women empowerment.
He urged women to come up with plans and strategies that generate income.
“DO WE HAVE ANY WOMAN HERE WHO HAS NOT FALLEN IN LOVE? YOU WILL SING ABOUT IT, TALK ABOUT HOW YOU LOVE A MAN, BUT UNTIL A MAN CONFRONTS YOU, YOU WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE IT, THOUGH TODAY’S WOMEN CAN CONFRONT MEN. SO, WE CAN TALK ABOUT WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IN ABSTRACT, BUT YOU SHOULD TAKE THAT CRITICAL STEP ON STRATEGIES AND IMPLEMENT IT, SO THAT THE TWAWEZA CANNOT BE HOT AIR OR ABSTRACT,” KIRAITU TOLD THE PARTICIPANTS.
Kiraitu Murungi had earlier said he set aside Sh10 million for women empowerment.
“AS WE EMPOWER WOMEN, WE ARE RELEASING THE ENERGIES OF WOMEN TO MOVE FORWARD UPLIFTING LIVES BY PULLING THEM UP. WE ARE NOT CONVERTING WOMEN INTO MEN,” KIRAITU SAID.
He said it is unfortunate that sometimes, women are misused by their husbands.
“STOP TOLERATING YOUR HUSBANDS WHO COME HOME DRUNK. THEY SHOULD NOT DRINK THEIR BEER AND COME TO VOMIT IN THE HOUSE, WHERE EVEN CHILDREN ARE, THEN EXPECT YOU TO CLEAN THEIR MESS. THEY SHOULD CLEAN. THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE,” HE SAID.

Prisoners Escape From Malindi GK Prison, Send Text To Journalist Explaining Their Motive

Prisoners escape from Malindi GK prison, send text to journalist explaining their motive

Two prisoners from the Malindi GK Prison on Monday, June 18, broke out of the facility under unclear circumstances.

Information reaching us from the ground indicated the prisoners made their daring escape while on prison duty in the farm.

According to the Deputy Regional Commander Jacob Mtevesi, it remains unclear how the inmates were able to pull off the escape in broad daylight under heavy security.

“We received information from the prison head in Malindi that two prisoners had escaped mysteriously as they were taking their working duties in the farms,” said Mtevesi.

“I am also shocked how the two managed to escape from the tight security that was guarding them in the daylight, it’s still not clear to me,” he added.

The prisoners have been identified as Jacob Tembo Deche from Kaloleni who was serving 15 years and Karisa Kahindi Katanan who had a 10 year prison sentence.

Further reports indicate the inmates had nearly done their time and they were expected to be released soon prior to their escape.

Mutevesi in his statement declared the individuals dangerous elements as they had been initially handed hefty sentences for serious crimes.

He further called on the public to offer any information that could lead to the arrest of the two suspects.

“As we carry out our investigations, we want to call upon the public coming across this information to assist us with any information of the whereabouts of these two prisoners, they are a threat to the community,” he said.

We also got a hold of a text message from the escaped prisoners explaining their motive for choosing the ‘highway’ rather than serving their full sentence.

If the information in the text is anything to go by, the prisoners were aggrieved by ill-treatment from officers at the Malindi GK Prison.

Officers reportedly turned brutal once they found out damaging information about them was out in the public.

Zari Hassan had us all fooled when she decided to drop hints of a possible reunion between her and baby daddy Diamond Platnumz.

The mother of five however twisted her words yet again stating she and the Bongo star were only trying be better parents to their kids.

In an Instagram post seen  on Sunday, June 17, the Ugandan beauty took shots as her ex as she celebrated her late ex-husband for being the perfect father.

Her questionable post further went ahead to brand her as the only father figure her children know of now.

Her ex-hubby, Ivan Ssemwanga, was also celebrated as a remarkable dad.

Zari's followers, completely bewildered, started asking whether Ivan was the father to all her children

Others thought it was outright wrong or rude for the Ugandan sweetheart to ignore the role her musician ex, Diamond, played in the lives of their kids.

A post shared by Zari (@zarithebosslady) on

"Happy Father's day to me, the late Don and all the women playing both roles," Zari wrote.

Diamond had even expressed his plans to secure American visas for his little munchkins to give them a chance to spend some time with the musician while on the US tour.

We also reported the Ugandan entrepreneur was to tag along on the luxurious trip.

However, Hamisa Mobetto, Diamond's current lovers' second pregnancy might have just rattled Zari's a wee bit.

Things fell apart yet again in the complicated Chibu residence! The drama never ends.

Sugar Daddy Goes Missing’ After 4 Women Down Alcohol Worth Ksh.282K.

ZERO-13-NIGHTCLUB-WOMEN

Kenyan social media users have applauded an elderly South African man believed to have left four women [Slay Queens] settle a bill of Ksh282, 000 (R37, 340) after downing bottles of alcohol at a nightclub.

The South African entertainment joint, however, refuted claims that the women were abandoned by a sugar daddy, resulting in their detention at the nightclub last weekend, after they failed to raise the money.

Zero13 Lifestyle, a restaurant in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, said Tuesday that it was true the women downed drinks worth Ksh282, 000 at the entertainment joint; and that they managed to settle the bill, contrary to viral online posts.

“Zero13 would like to formally address the rumours going around on social media about ‘the bill’. The stories are completely untrue and fabricated; the bill was paid and there were no issues as implied,” said the entertainment joint in a Facebook post.

“We would like to ask people to refrain from reposting or posting these stories as they are unfounded and far from true. Zero13 would like to formally apologise for any misunderstanding arising from this incident.”

Despite the disclaimer by the eatery and entertainment joint, Kenyans online still believe the initial script – that a sugar daddy went missing after the women had extravagantly downed bottles of alcohol.

And in a uniform tone, they reacted to the allegations after EDAILY on Wednesday posted to its Facebook page and CitizenTV Kenya social media handles a story titled: ‘Nightclub responds after online reports say four women were detained after a ‘sugar daddy’ left them with unpaid bill of Ksh282, 000’.

Facebook user Waiyaki Cate said: “That man [sugar daddy] should be rewarded. That is how these lazy slay queens should be treated. [If you take them out], let them eat, drink, eat, drink again, then just leave them to settle the bill.”

Castro Bin Zu said: “That man [sugar daddy] should be given a 57-gun salute, and escorted to Singapore, [where he should be allowed to] share a table of coffee (sic) with U.S. President Donald Trump and South Korea’s Kim Jong Un. What he [sugar daddy] did was heroic.”

Maggie Shi Mungai wrote: “Congrats to that buddy. He did it perfectly. I think he should be awarded the best trophy of 2018. The boy child has improved.”

Janjaz Martins Makumu said: “Where is that man [sugar daddy]? He needs to be appointed the deputy governor [of Nairobi] for doing a good job. Slay queens have been given a taste of their own medicine.”

Joel Oddy said: “You mean they drank an equivalent of a whole acre of land in Matungulu?”

Washington Mutuku said: “I am appealing to the Zambian MPs who are bound for Kenya to benchmark on how to deal with corruption to also organise a trip to South Africa, where they can get tips on how to ruthlessly deal with slay queens.”

Ken Ignatius said: “Congratulations to the boy child fraternity for opening their eyes. The cause is on and must be maintained. Keep it up.”

Nicolas Mwas said: “I can imagine how they were cat-walking to the toilet to avoid getting drunk before dawn. They were probably yelling, laughing, shaking their weaved heads (sic) and telling each other: ‘Huyu mjinga tutakula pesa yake mpaka morning’. Little did they know that they were producing their own movie.”

Kimaru Masta said: “Slay queen and her slay assistants beaten in their own game. God intervened for Mama watoto and her children.”

Butuba Nitaitika said: “Some women take men for fools. You are invited for a date alone, and here you come with your team; not forgetting the guy only had your budget.”

Franklin Ndubi said: “That guy [sugar daddy] needs Head of State Commendation (HSC).”

Pauline Macharia said: “Ladies learn to work and eat your own sweat. These sugar daddies are not loyal. Be contented with what you earn.”

Adepoju James said: “Ksh282K – this is the kind of money I want to have. The kind of money that would make my in-laws apologise to me, even if I go for my traditional wedding late. The kind of money which will make my in-laws be like: ‘Our son, we are sorry you came late. It is our fault for waking up very early’.”

Image may contain: 1 person

Isa Hussein said: “At least the boy child is coming back to his senses. Congratulations! We have to recover the money we lost over the years. It is a goal-goal (G-G).

Bonny Musyoka said: “He [sugar daddy] invited one and not a choir. Where were they going?”

A video of the four South African women “stranded” at Zero13 Lifestyle after a man allegedly left them with the Ksh282, 000 bill went viral last weekend.

In the video, the women clutch their bags while looking around to see if their ‘sugar daddy’, who had asked them out, would reappear.

According to the bill, the four women had feasted on two platters of meat, quenched their thirst with different brands of alcoholic drinks, including a bottle of Hennessy and a bottle of 18-year-old Glenfiddich Scotch whisky.

The video was first shared by a South African online user, who urged women to ensure they carry money with them anytime they are asked out by a stranger.

The story was also published in a South African daily.

Court Rules 30-Year-Old Man Must Move Out Of His Parents’ House

Jury hammer

A 30-year-old man didn’t get the message that it was time to move out of his parents’ home, even after they left him five notices and an offer of cash to help find new digs.

The New York family drama eventually rolled into the court system, where a judge on Tuesday ruled in the parents’ favor and ordered Michael Rotondo to leave after having a room for eight years.

But Rotondo contends he is owed a six-month notice.

“I just wanted a reasonable amount of time to vacate, with consideration to the fact that I was not really prepared to support myself at the time of the notices,” he told CNN affiliate WSTM.

Christina and Mark Rotondo of Camillus started the court proceedings earlier this month and filed evidence of five notices they served their son, starting in February.

One note on February 2 reads:

“After a discussion with your Mother, we have decided you must leave this house immediately. You have 14 days to vacate. You will not be allowed to return. We will take whatever actions are necessary to enforce this decision.”

Shortly after this notice, his parents decided to seek legal counsel and served another notice on February 13, granting Michael 30 days to move out or they would begin enforcement procedures.

Five days later, in another note, the parents offered some advice and gifted Michael $1,100 to help him find a new place to live.

“Some advice:

1) Organize the things you need for work and to manage an apartment. Note: You will need stuff at (redacted). You must arrange the date and time through your Father so he can set it up with the tenant.

2) Sell the other things you have that have any significant value, (e.g. stereo, some tools etc.). This is especially true for any weapons you may have. You need the money and will have no place for the stuff.

3) There are jobs available even for those with a poor work history like you. Get one – you have to work!

4) If you want help finding a place your Mother has offered to help you.”

Michael still didn’t heed the notice that it was time to move on, and according to a note dated March 5 his parents reminded him of the looming deadline of March 15, documents show.

“So far we have seen no indication that you are preparing to leave.” It adds, “Be aware that we will take any appropriate actions necessary to make sure you leave the house as demanded.”

The fifth and final notice on March 30 presents Michael some options to get his broken down vehicle off their property, and in all the options his parents offer to help pay for the repairs.

Since he still refused to leave, his parents filed for an ejectment proceeding to end what some might call a failure to launch.

Michael asked the court to dismiss the request.

He claimed that for the past eight years he “has never been expected to contribute to household expenses, or assisted with chores and the maintenance of the premises, and claims that this is simply a component of his living agreement,” according to filings obtained by CNN affiliate WSTM.

During the hearing on Tuesday, Michael represented himself and cited the case of Kosa v. Legg: “that there is ‘Common law requirement of six-month notice to quit before tenant may be removed through ejectment action.”

But New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood disagreed.

“I’m granting the eviction,” he said. “I think the notice is sufficient.”

After court, Rotondo told reporters he plans to appeal the case and finds the ruling “ridiculous.”

“It seems to me like I should be provided with, you know, 30 days or so, because generally you get 30 days after you’re found, you know, to have to vacate the premises,” he said. “So I’m expecting something like that. But realistically, if that’s not the case, I don’t know.”
