The frustrated voters, who were armed with their ID cards and voters cards matched to the IEBC offices demanding clearance to vote.
They expressed fears that they would be maliciously locked out of voting during the Tuesday polls.
Gathered outside the offices, the locals demanded that the electoral agency's county coordinator John Lorionokou address them and get them clearance.
The residents claimed that their efforts to seek assistance from Huduma Centre were futile, hence, the resolve to camp at the electoral offices.
Mercyline Anyango,a voter in Kisumu stated that her name was still missing from the voters' register despite frantic trips to the polling station and Huduma Centre.
"And now with only hours left to Election Day, I am still uncertain whether I will be able to cast my ballot," she stated.
IEBC officials offered to respond to the allegations and provide a way forward in the afternoon.
