A middle aged man in Maseno at Sunrise area created a free
video to the villagers and strangers as he quarreled his own mother swearing to
beat her up then 'eat' her.
"Mum, I'm not joking! I' m going to beat you and 'eat'
you now!" Stated the guy.
People became concerned when the guy started to peruse what
his mother under her garment with different motives. There are those who dashed
to witness while others rushed to rescue the poor mum. It is believed the guy
was drunk while some of his friends suggested that he has been taking some
narcotic substances.
Chaos erupted for no clear cause as both the mother and the
son started arguing before the guy turned furious silencing his mother with his
loud noise uttering unprintable words which left the aged ashamed in the midst
of young people. Youths suggested to tie him with a robe and head him to Maseno
police station for threatening his mother and also save her from his cruelty.
"This big boy will actually do as he said. We should
not leave him here if we want to save his mother's life. Let's tie him and hand
him over to Maseno police station." Suggested one of the boda boda riders.
The situation calmed down when the guy was taken to the
police station leaving people with numerous suggestion over the matter. Some
people condemned it and terming it as a total madness.
"This in unacceptable! Our youths are growing mad with
their rotten life!" Said a witness.
Some people left the place of incident to their destination
with tyranny of unanswered questions while other went whispering that
"nothing done in darkness that won't come to the light".
"Can this be the first time the boy is behaving this
way or is he used to it?" Asked one of the witnesses.
