A group of protesters, journalists and police were attacked by bees as the Supreme Court was giving a comprehensive report on the nullification of the Presidential election.
Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, Babu admitted that he came with the bees which he fetched from a bee farm he owns.
"Yes I was behind that attack and I did so because the police are partisan. This was the only way to seek justice," he said.
During the attack, one person was seriously injured and was rushed to hospital by attendants from St Johns Ambulance.
Roads near the Supreme Court were barricaded for the better part of the day to keep away protesters as the full judgement was being read.
Anti-riot police were positioned on City Hall Way, Taifa Road and part of Wabera Street directing away motorists and pedestrians.
Nonetheless, supporters of Jubilee and the National Super Alliance (NASA) tried to cause chaos near the court but were dispersed as police fired teargas canisters.
