The global body will monitor the operations of Dubai-based Al Ghurair firm through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The supervision will involve the printing of the fresh ballots and the results declaration forms.
On Sunday, National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders declared that nationwide protests against the IEBC would kick off on Tuesday to pressure a section of officials out of office for allegedly bungling the August elections.
NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga declared that the officials would be forced out of the Anniversary Towers offices if they refused to leave voluntarily.
"If those thieves, CEO Ezra Chiloba and his partners, refuse to leave on their own terms, and if they refuse to cancel the contract with Al Ghurair then on Tuesday morning all of Kenya will go there to remove them," Mr Odinga.
On Monday, NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula affirmed that they would still demonstrate despite a plea by IEBC for the Opposition to call off the protests.
Wetangula maintained that the Alliance's plan was not to storm the IEBC offices but to hold peaceful demonstrations.
Earlier on, the electoral body urged NASA to cancel the plan to allow for a joint consultative meeting scheduled for Wednesday.
IEBC recognised the Opposition members right to picket and demonstrate but stated that the meeting was important to iron out the various issues raised by different stakeholders including NASA.
