Migori High Court nullifies election of County Speaker Boaz Okoth.

The court further directed that a fresh election be held within 15 days.
Okoth is a close ally of Migori Governor Okoth Obado and NASA leader Raila Odinga.

Earlier in January, the same nullified the nomination of twelve MCAs from the ODM party.
The court stated that the nomination list had offended the gender balance required under the constitution.
