Speaking during a campaign tour Jubilee party legislator asked the police to ensure that NASA leader Raila Odinga is shot if he is found breaking the law during the demonstrations.
Mr Boinnet, the gun you have is not a prop. It has bullets and you should use it. The work of the police is to protect the citizens.
"If Raila Amollo Odinga will be the first to break the law tomorrow (Tuesday) then let him be shot dead,"Kuria urged.
The controversial Jubilee politician went on to outline that the legal way to remove IEBC officials is through a tribunal not through the route taken by the NASA leaders, through protests.
If anyone wants to remove IEBC officials from office, the person must first form a tribunal then come to Parliament and that is the law.
The only person allowed to use force is Boinnet and if he doesn't have bullets let him ask the citizens to raise funds and buy them," Kuria declared during rallies in Nakuru on Monday.
Despite a plea from IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, the Opposition coalition has declared that the planned protests will take place on Tuesday just as planned.
According to NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula the leaders and their supporters will peacefully demonstrate in city streets leading up to the IEBC headquarters at the Anniversary Towers.
