One of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission
(IEBC) official has retired ahead of the repeat presidential election.
Praxedes Tororey, who was the Director of Legal and
Corporate Affairs, has offered to retire just two days after the full judgement
by the supreme court ruling.
Tororey, was among the officials NASA had demanded for their
resignation before the October 26 Election.
According to the ruling, no IEBC official was found culpable
of the irregularities and illegalities that led to the nullification of the
presidential resulsts.
