Starehe MP, Charles Njagua better known as Jaguar has spoken out following his altercation with Embakasi MP Babu Owino at Parliament on Tuesday October 10.
According to Jaguar, the altercation occurred after he suggested that Babu Owino respect the Presidency, a comment that Babu Owino apparently did not take too lightly.
"Reached out to Babu as a colleague and age mate to respect the Presidency. He started shouting. Must be depression. I recommended counselling," he said.

"Where is this Babu? He must respect the President."
On hearing this Babu who was in the building together with a journalist hit back stating: "Which president? The only president I know is Raila Odinga."
The two were separated by security personnel at Parliament.
