Police in New York said a man was arrested on the charge of
abusive s.exual conduct after he allegedly pleasured himself while touching a
married man who was sitting beside him.
New York Police Department (NYDP) said that they arrested
Ricardo Caceres of Brooklyn, after he was accused of touching the married man
on a flight from Hawaii to New York. The man was sitting next to his wife when
the incidence happened. Caceres has been charged with one count of abusive
s.exual conduct and booked into jail, his bail is $25,000.
According to investigation s by the police, Caceres was on
Saturday sitting in the aisle seat of a Hawaiian Airlines plane when he
reportedly leaned over and touched the groin and chest of the man sitting in
the middle seat.
The suspect was under the influence of alcohol as at the
time of the incident. When the victim asked him what he was doing, he pulled
down his pants and pleasured himself right there.
The victim, whose wife was in the window seat told one of
the flight attendants what had happened and members of the crew told Caceres to
put pull up his pants.
Caceres was arrested by the police after the plane landed in
JFK Airport.
