National Super Alliance (NASA) principal Kalonzo Musyoka has
been out of the public eye for weeks now.
Mr. Musyoka who is said to be in Germany attending to his
ailing wife, Pauline, has been awkwardly quiet in the midst of the political
tension in the nation.
On Wednesday, however, the Wiper Party leader spoke after
his long silence.
In a condolence message directed to the late Nyeri Governor
Wahome Gakuru’s family and friends, Musyoka created a buzz on social
media with many poking holes on his whereabouts.
“At this most trying time for Dr. Wahome’s family, friends,
relatives, as well as the Nyeri residents and Kenyans in general, I extend my
sincere hand of condolence to all those whose lives he touched. May the
Almighty God Rest his soul in Eternal Peace,"he tweeeted.
The tweet was the first after his October 1, 2017 post.
A section of the tweeps asked Kalonzo to make his way back
to Kenya in order to support NASA leader Raila Odinga in the resistance
movement.
Other wished his wife quick recovery while some urged him to
join President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee Party.
