Larry Asego quit Classic FM after 10 years of service. He left radio altogether after he landed a lucrative job in a new profession.

For starters, Larry and Nick used to host a show dubbed LarryNickandFriends alongside Nick Odhiambo on Classic FM. Nick left before Larry, he landed a lucrative deal at Radio Maisha to replace Jalango who joined Hot 96 FM.
