The Judiciary has announced that Chief Justice David Maraga will on Monday preside over the Supreme Court as it will be delivering the detailed ruling in the second presidential petitions concluded in November.

The Supreme Court's final decision will come only a few hours before NASA leader Raila Odinga’s inauguration set for Tuesday.
The full judgement is expected to explain the reasoning that led to the Supreme Court to unanimously uphold President Uhuru Kenyatta’s win in the October 26 election.
