National Resistance Movement (NRM) self-proclaimed general,
Miguna Miguna, has been released.
The High Court judge James Wakiaga ordered for the immediate
release of the lawyer.
Miguna, who was being held at Githunguri Police
Station, Kiambu, has been released on a Sh50,000 bail pending the hearing of
his case.
The controversial legal mind has also been commanded to
appear before the court in person on Monday next week.
He has been charged with administering an unlawful oath to
NASA leader Raila Odinga as the People's President and also attending an
illegal ceremony.

The outspoken lawyer was arrested on Friday morning from his
house in Runda estate after the police raided his house.
