Self-styled National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna has launched a funds drive to support the activities of the organization.
The fiery lawyer, who was recently deported to Canada, took to Twitter to thank NRM members for their support before asking those who could contribute to do so.
He shared a Paypal link which he asked those willing to contribute to use to send the funds.
In response to a user who asked him how much they were expected to contribute, he stated: "Whatever you desire or can afford. The despots must fall. #UhuruMustGo"
Miguna, whose deportation was invalidated by the High Court, is expected back in the country on March 26.
Following his deportation, he announced that he would go on 'a world tour' to promote NRM and mobilize resources.
Oxford University on Monday announced that Miguna would give a lecture at the institution's Faculty of Law on March 23.
A post on the university's website called on those interested in the talk to sign up in advance.
Miguna is expected to hold similar events in cities such as Berlin, London and Atlanta.
After High Court Judge Chacha Mwita opened the door on his return by ordering the government to facilitate the process, Miguna vowed to launch "the mother of all liberation wars".
