Zimbabwe has become the second country in Africa to legalize the use of Marijuana. The parliament, through the cabinet secretary announced the allowing of licensing of Marijuana growth to both individuals and companies for medical or scientific purpose.
This move is meant to broaden revenue collection into the country.
Anyone applying for licensing will have to state detailed plans of their proposed production site and yield, they must be citizens of Zimbabwe or be exempted by the Minister and they should not have been drug convicts.
The use of the drug for recreational purpose is still considered illega
