School Bus Overturns Injuring 33 Girls [PHOTOS]

33 students from Kangubiri Girls High School in Nyeri were seriously  injured on Saturday after their bus overturned.

Reports indicate that the students were heading home for their mid-term holidays when the accident occurred at Tambaya along Nyeri-Mukurweini road.

According to the Kenya Red Cross Society, three girls in critical condition rushed to Mukurweini Sub-County Hospital.

Photos seen by Kenyans.co.ke show residents milling around the overturned bus belonging to Rukagina Sacco that ply the Githurai route in Nairobi.
