Esther Passaris ahead of incumbent Rachel Shebesh
– The poll released by Trends and Insights for Africa (TIFA)
shows Passaris is leading with 50% against Shebesh's 31%
– The poll comes just days ahead of the highly anticipated
General election
Nairobi County Woman representative Rachel Shebesh is likely
to lose to aspirant Esther Passaris according to the latest poll.
The poll released on Thursday, July 20 by pollsters Trends
and Insiaghts for Africa (TIFA) show Passaris is leading with 50% and Shebesh
trailing with 31%.
Passaris ratings have a drop of 7% compared to the previous
poll while Shebesh has a per cent rise of 6%.
33% of the 2,122 respondents living in Nairobi were
undecided on who they will vote for between Passaris and Shebesh.
However 53% of the undecided voters are leaning towards
Passaris while 34% are leaning towards Shebesh.
In the previous poll, Passaris enjoyed 57% support
while Shebesh had only 25%.
ODM's Passaris also had 11% support among Jubilee supporters
while Shebesh had only 4% support among the National Super Alliance (NASA)
supporters.
