Nairobi Comedian Arrested With Extra Ballot Papers[VIDEO]

Police in Nairobi have arrested a comedian known as Ruto Dennis after he was caught with two ballot papers.

Dennis was arrested by Nyayo Stadium police officers and has since been taken into custody for further investigations.

It is still unclear the circumstances under which he secured the ballots.

Ruto Dennis is an actor and is known for his role in the Propesa group.
