Kenyans are still in shock following the demise of IEBC ICT
manager Chis Msando.
Msando who went missing last Friday was found dead on
Saturday morning and his body dumped in a thicket in Kikuyu area alongside
another body of a woman.
The woman has been identified as Caroline Ngumbu.
The 21-years old who had just finished studies at Kenya
Medical Training College (KMTC) Karen branch and was due to graduate in
December, told her sister Jedida on Friday at around 7 pm that she was hanging
out with Msando who was her close pal but she never returned home.
“YESTERDAY AFTER SEEING THE NEWS ON TV, I IMMEDIATELY KNEW IT
WAS MY SISTER BECAUSE HAD LAST GONE HANGING OUT WITH CHRIS BUT I HADN’T HEARD
FROM HER. SO I CALLED SOME OF MY FRIENDS AND WE WENT TO CITY MORTUARY. WE DID
NOT EVEN INFORM OUR PARENTS BEFORE GOING.
AT THE MORTUARY, I WAS SCARED AND I LET MY TWO TWO FRIENDS GO
INSIDE WHILE I STAYED OUTSIDE. I SHORTLY HEARD MY FRIEND SCREAM AND I KNEW IT
WAS HER,” JEDIDA TOLD DAILY NATION.
Her mother; Alice Nduruka has described Caroline as a very
calm and peaceful child.
“WHEN SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING OUT ON FRIDAY I DID NOT
EXPECT COULD RECEIVE SUCH NEWS.
THIS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE IS SUCH A GOOD PERSON,” SHE SAID EMOTIONALLY

Ngumbu went to all the interesting parties and knew some of
the local celebrities among them Mzazi Willy M Tuva and Tanzanian crooner
Rayvanny.

Caroline was a fun loving lady who cared less at least
according to her social media.
