Controversial political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi on Wednesday
excited Kenyans on Twitter after he expressed his support for NASA's message
ahead of the repeat election.
Ngunyi took to his twitter account where he blasted the
international community, accusing them of interfering in the country's internal
affairs.
The analyst supported NASA's position in response to the
statement issued by the United States Ambassador Robert Godec calling for
political leaders to show commitment to the repeat election, failure to which
visa bans would be issued against some individuals.
For the FIRST TIME I agree with NASA. Mzungu DIPLOMATS should SHUT UP or SHIP OUT. Uhuru and Raila are OURS. And their FIGHT is for KENYANS!— Mutahi Ngunyi (@MutahiNgunyi) October 4, 2017
Godec had also called on NASA to stop street protests and
engage the IEBC without making "unrealistic demands".
In statement issued by Siaya Senator James Orengo, the
Opposition insisted that they leaders were not interested in visiting the
United States and accused the foreign diplomats on blackmail.
