Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has ruthlessly hit back at Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga after declaring she is ready to circumcise him.
The Legislator took to his Facebook account to respond to Omanga’s remarks, stating that he has no time for sideshows.

On Tuesday, the Jubilee nominated Senator sensationally claimed that she is ready to circumcise Babu Owino.
Omanga made the announcement through her twitter account, two days after Owino made seemingly insulting comments against Interior Coordination CS Fred Matiang'i.
Owino referred to Matiang'i as "marehemu" (a deceased person) and as a Mkembe ya Blueband(Blue band tin).
The comments have not gone well with Omanga who has called on the government to punish the Embakasi MP.
"Does BABU OWINO or is it BABU OGWANG’ think that his the only person with the monopoly of insults. If the government is not able to deal with him, personally I am very ready to circumcise him and maybe that will instill some respect manners in him. RESPECT MATIANG’I you small boy," the Jubilee senator tweeted.
