Tharaka Nithi Governor Muthomi Njuki has told those eyeing (
William Ruto) 2022 presidential votes to forget Tharaka Nithi votes.
Njuki criticized Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto for failing
to award the county even after voting 72% for Jubilee leadership.The Governor
said the county was only important to Jubilee leadership when it comes to voting
and not at the time of rewarding those who vote overwhelmingly.

He went on to tell Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto that the
residents of Tharaka Nithi are still watching his conduct over the
appointments.
”If by they conclude their appointments without rewarding
Tharaka Nithi, then let them not come back to tell them ”tuko pamoja” (We are
together), we are together in what.”, He said.
That Tharaka Nithi worked so hard, voted so hard going to
the extent of ensuring even the sick in hospitals yet when it comes to distributing
positions they say Tharaka Nithi is a tiny county.
