Diamond’s Surprise Message To Alikiba Hours After His Wedding

Chibu Dangote aka Diamond Platnumz has sent a surprise message to Alikiba hours after his exquisite wedding in Kongowea Mombasa County.

The WCB president took to his Instagram account to congratulate Alikiba for choosing to settle down.

Diamond’s message came as surprise to many, who believe that the two celebrities have had a long running beef and do not see eye to eye or wish each other well.

“Ni Mwendo wa Picha za Suti tu sasa hivi, Maana nisije nikafungua hata kashati nikajikuta Centro...Pole yenu Wa zee wa Gym, Kama Muscat Round hii.... Wadau Nimeambiwa King Kiba kaoa leo...Mfikishieni Salam zangu, za Ndoa njema, na Maisha yenye Furaha, Amani na Baraka tele... #SanaaImezaliwaUpya#KWANGWARU” reads Diamond’s message to Alikiba.

On Thursday, King Kiba walked down the aisle with his longtime girlfriend Amina Khalef in an invite only muslim wedding.

The ceremony was held at the Masjid Ummul Kulthium mosques according to the Muslim culture.

Alikiba was accompanied by his younger brother Abdu Kiba, who was his best man. The musician was dressed in a white and black gown, a turban and a dagger, a custom for Swahili weddings.

“I Ali Saleh do accept to take Amina Khalef as my lawfully wedded wife,” said Alikiba as directed by Sheikh Mohammed Kagera who officiated the marriage.

Journalists were barred from covering the event which was aired live on Azam TV, who were contracted to exclusively cover the wedding.

Alikiba then proceeded to the house of Governor Joho’s brother, Abubakar Joho,in Kizingo for a meal after the wedding known as “Kombe la bwana harusi”.

In the evening, the bride ‘walked down the aisle’ at Diamond Jubilee hall in Kongowea in a women-only event as per Swahili traditions.

After the wedding in Mombasa, a second wedding will be held in Dar es Salaam Tanzania, with an exclusive Live coverage by Azam TV.
