The cat is finally out of the bag. NTV news presenter Smriti Vidyarthi is expecting her first child.
The soon to be mum had for the longest time managed to keep the pregnancy news under wrpas and the news has come as a shock to many who had noclue that she was expecting.
In the company of her close friends, Smriti showed off her growing baby bump soon after announcing via her social media pages that she would be taking a break.

Her colleague Jane Ngoiri who was present during the private baby shower and wished her friend a good journey ahead, sharing photos of the gathering via her social media handles.
