Moses Kuria Attempts To Clear His Name On The Chris Msando Murder Mystery

– Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has distanced himself from the death of IEBC's ICT director Christopher Msando

– Moses Kuria was pictured alongside Msando's vehicle on Saturday, July 29, and shared a post with a demeaning message on Msando's alleged whereabouts

– Kenyans descended on Kuria with calls for his investigation after it was discovered that the IEBC official has been murdered and his body dumped in a forest in Kikuyu

– Kuria has however rubbished any links to the murder, adding that he was in the presence of police at the time the photo next to Msando's Land Rover was taken

Controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has spoken for the first time on the cold blooded murder of IEBC ICT director Chris Msando.

Kuria has now come forth to distance himself from any links to the murder of Chris Msando, adding that Kenyans should allow police to do their job.

As TUKO.co.ke reported earlier, the vocal legislator was under serious fire from Kenyans all over once the news that Msando’s lifeless body was discovered in Kikuyu on Monday, July 31.

The discovery of the body incidentally came barely 48 hours after Moses Kuria posted a mocking post of Msando, insinuating that his disappearance was because he was “enjoying sweet time with a woman”.

Kenyans have since called out for the investigation of Moses Kuria following the proximity of his post and the death of the ICT director.

However, speaking to Swahili Hub, Moses Kuria attempted to clear his name, divulging that he has never been seen by the late Msando.

“In all the criticism I have not heard anyone claiming that I have ever been seen by Chris Msando. I was simply pictured next to his vehicle and I was in the company of police officers,’ He is quoted by SwahiliHub.

According to the legislator, Kenyans were calling him out for simply identifying a car of an IEBC official.

“There is no harm in knowing the type of vehicle another Kenyan drives. It is also not illegal for any Kenyan to participate in investigations of a missing person.” He went on.

Latest police reports on Msando’s death indicate that he left his Anniversary Towers offices on Friday, July 28 in the company of a male and female.

A couple of hours later, cameras along Uhuru Highway spotted his car which reportedly had one male and a female as its occupants.
Investigations are still on going.
