National Super Alliance (NASA) lawyers have made a last
minute rush with an application to the Supreme Court to scrutinize all the
forms, audit the servers used by the IEBC during the August polls.
The lawyers led by James Orengo said that their written
submission filed at the Supreme Court is ‘a bombshell that will demonstrate a
forgery of monstrous proportion by the IEBC’
“What the IEBC have filed is a fraud because they do not
have security features as required by the law. In my many years of practise as
a lawyer I have never seen big forgery as we are witnessing today from IEBC
submissions.” said Orengo
Nasa filed its case last week in which it said it had
overwhelming evidence to show how the election was stolen using computers.
IEBC has filed its defence together with Jubilee and both
have denied all allegations by Nasa.
Tomorrow the Court will conduct a pre-trial meeting with
lawyers from both sides.
